### Free — $0

For side projects and trying it out.

- 2 projects
- 3 seats; viewers don't use one
- 1,000 events a month per project
- 1,000,000 site hits a month
- Push notifications, webhooks and analysis
- Anonymous page views kept 35 days

### Pro — $19 a month

For teams shipping to real users.

- Unlimited projects
- 10 seats; viewers don't use one
- 100,000 events a month per project
- 1,000,000 site hits a month, sampled past it rather than dropped
- Test and staging environments
- Alerts, goals, scheduled summaries, recipient groups and teams
- Anonymous page views kept up to 13 months

### How the limits apply

- The event limit is per project and soft: events over it are still recorded and the dashboard says so. A project over 2,000,000 events in one billing cycle is refused until the next.
- The site-hit allowance is per organization and subject to change with notice. Crawler hits never count. Past it, Free drops page views for the rest of the month; Pro samples them, so totals stay close and detail thins.
- Limits are checked when something is created. Cancelling Pro never deletes anything: extra projects and environments keep working, and only creating more is refused until you are under the Free limits.

### Questions

**Can I change plans anytime?**

Yes. Upgrades start immediately. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.

**Is there a free trial?**

No. The Free plan has no time limit, and you can upgrade when you need more.

**What payment methods do you accept?**

Cards, and the other methods Stripe offers in your country at checkout.

**What happens to my data if I cancel?**

Cancelling keeps your projects, events, webhooks and teams. You move to the Free limits; the one thing Free keeps for less time is anonymous page views, which drop to 35 days of history.
